Ordering Process

When you place an order for a product by using the website you are offering to buy it for the price shown on the website, subject to these Terms.

 

Our online order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.

 

We are unable to amend your order or the details you provide for security reasons. Please note that this does not affect your right to cancel.

 

Each order that we accept will be a separate contract between you and us and each contract will be subject to these Terms.

 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any point up until it leaves us.

 

The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 states that you have 7 days after receipt of goods to return them for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. Our company policy is to offer you 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item back to us.

 

Pricing & Availability

All prices are in £ inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price up until an order is placed. All advertised products are in stock but if for any unforeseen reason we are unable to fulfil your order you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

 

All product descriptions show an image of the item, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. By submitting your order to us you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem when ordering that product.

 

Delivery

All delivery charges are displayed clearly and in full on the checkout page.

 

Payment

Payment can be made using the options shown at checkout, through PayPal and Stripe. Payment is subject to PayPal’s and Stripe’s terms and conditions. You can shop with confidence knowing that your card details will not be accessible to Happy Gift Horse as your details are encrypted and dealt with by PayPal or Stripe.

 

Privacy

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

 

All orders are dispatched quickly and are delivered by our trusted partners Royal Mail, Yodel or UK Mail. At the checkout, you will be given a delivery price and delivery options for your order as outlined below.

On rare occasions, delivery may take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances that occur once your purchase is with Royal Mail or one of our couriers. Happy Gift Horse will work with these couriers to get your order to you asap, however, we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries.

Promotional voucher codes are issued from time to time at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel promotional voucher codes at any time without notice and without giving a reason.

 

Only one promotional voucher code can be redeemed against any single order. If there is an unused balance of discount or credit remaining on the promotional voucher code, that balance will be extinguished and cannot be redeemed with any other orders.

 

Promotional voucher codes cannot be re-used.

 

Promotional voucher codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

 

Promotional voucher codes may not be sold. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes auctions and other online sales.

 

Certain products cannot be purchased with promotional voucher codes. Such products are clearly marked on their respective product pages.
